She began her career as a systems administrator, later working in project management and as a consultant before moving into executive leadership roles. She has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, state government, and banking. With this broad perspective, she combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership skills to help organizations thrive in complex environments. In addition to her extensive IT career, Pam is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, bringing a unique lens to the intersection of technology, stress management, and resilience for today’s IT professionals.
