Cynthia Chillemi has spent over three decades leading with innovation, grit, and heart in the IT world. Launching her first tech company in 1995, she grew it from a break-fix shop into a full-service Managed Service Provider dedicated to healthcare organizations. Her team delivers secure, reliable, and compliant IT solutions that keep medical practices running smoothly.

A longtime SpiceWorld attendee and community advocate, Cynthia also serves as the Head SpiceBuddy – leading a volunteer group that helps new and returning attendees make the most of their conference experience. She brings the same spirit of mentorship and collaboration that drives her success in healthcare IT to every corner of the Spiceworks community.
