Craig is a Staff Support Engineer at Spiceworks, where he has been a key member of the team for over a decade. Coming from a background as an IT Support Technician at a university, he has spent his entire career in the IT trenches. Today, he leads the frontline support team that assists external users with the very product he’s presenting: the Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk .When he’s not helping IT pros wrangle their tickets, he’s an avid computer history buff, enjoys retrocomputing, and works with his hands in electronics repair and woodworking. (And for the record, he stands firmly on the side of crunchy peanut butter and back bacon.
