Bertrand Dussert serves as transformation and strategy advisor to Oracle's largest clients, and over the last two years has consulted with HR leadership from over one third of the Fortune 100. In his most recent role prior to Oracle, Bertrand served as the global leader for HR Shared Services, People Analytics, Recruitment Operations, Workforce Planning and HRIS at American Express.
Prior to American Express, Bertrand was Executive Director and Global Head of HR Process Re-engineering for UBS Investment Bank, led a 125-person strong global field operations team, and served as a partner in an HR consulting firm that is now part of Korn/Ferry International. Bertrand has guest lectured in the graduate program in HR Management at the University of South Carolina, served as opening keynote speaker for the University of Minnesota’s HR for Tomorrow conference, and is also a regular Forbes contributor.
Outside of work, Bertrand is an avid traveler, cyclist, and five-time Ironman Triathlon finisher.
