Jilly Chen is the Head of Customer Success at Code Climate, maker of the industry-leading Software Engineering Intelligence Platform. Jilly's group partners with customers to design plans that help them meet organizational goals, create a data-informed culture, and generate insights into the questions that matter most. She has worked at companies large and small, from a seed stage start-up to IBM and EY-Parthenon’s M&A Tech group. Jilly enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing and dad jokes.
