To enable a safe return to work, SurveyMonkey, the well-known survey software company, on June 1, 2020, announced its latest offering to corporate clients. This includes check-in survey templates, HIPAA-compliant features for health monitoring surveys, and professional services targeted toward employees’ safe return to work. The solution will provide operational leaders with comprehensive knowledge about employee health and well-being through feedback, which they can turn into action to ensure the safe return of employees to the office.
For some employees, returning to work when the pandemic is not as nearly in control as we would have liked it to be, can cause a certain level of apprehension. In such cases, business leaders must assure their employees that they are taking all the necessary measures to ensure employee safety at work.
Rebecca Cantieri, chief people officer at SurveyMonkey, said, “Our return to work solutions put the employee’s voice at the center of the decision-making, and help operational leaders turn feedback into an action plan. We’ve used our own solutions to help answer questions such as, what needs to happen in order to help employees feel safe in shared workspaces? And, how can we continue to support employees at home? This feedback has built the foundation for our Reimagine Work Initiative, and we are pleased to extend this offering to organizations across the globe.”

Solutions such as those provided by SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics could help HR bring its workforce back safely and minimize the risk of exposure by engaging in data-based workforce planning.
