Target to Enhance HR Experiences Through Workday
Workday, provider of cloud-based Finance and HR applications, has signed up with Target, the second largest US-based discount retailer. Target will use Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Payroll, Workday Learning, and Workday Recruiting. These Workday solutions are expected to provide more intuitive experiences to the employees at Target, and will be leveraged to streamline HR processes and operations.
