Ajay holds over two decades of experience in product development at companies ranging from early-stage startups to public enterprises, including Conga, EverString, Model N, Pivotlink, SpringCM, LucidEra, Venturi Wireless, and more. Throughout his career, he developed specializations in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Customer Resource Management (CRM), Conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), quality assurance, and customer service.
