Jay Hallberg is founder and chief executive officer at Spiceworks. He’s responsible for Spiceworks’ strategic direction, business results and the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to becoming Spiceworks’ president and CEO, he was the company’s first chief operating officer and previously held the title of vice president of Marketing. Hallberg has spent over 20 years in the technology industry. Before co-founding Spiceworks, he spent six years at Motive in various marketing roles including vice president of Product Marketing. Prior to joining Motive, he spent six years as a manager at 3M. Hallberg holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a MBA from Harvard.

Jamie Bowler is Marketing Director for Spiceworks EMEA & APAC. He has over 20 years marketing experience, previously working for the likes of Sky Travel, Expedia and most recently Dice. He was part of the leadership team whom sold IT Job Board to Dice in 2013, rebranding the European business to Dice and creating the leading tech career brand in Europe. He has marketing and business leadership experience in both corporate and start-up companies, primarily in the tech space.

As Spiceworks SVP of Products & Engineering, Manish Dixit brings an incredible amount of expertise - both in IT and in creating amazing online experiences. Prior to his time at Spiceworks, Manish served in product and engineering leadership roles at Dice, Oracle, Sun, Pixo (acquired by Sun in ‘03), Nokia and Mindware. He’s even flexed his entrepreneurial muscles by co-founding a company. In short, he’s experienced everything from start-ups to the largest tech companies and draws upon those experiences to help guide the Spiceworks product strategy and engineering efforts.

Jason Elizondo serves as he Executive Director of Engineering and has been with Spiceworks for over seven years. Since joining Spiceworks Jason has worked across multiple parts of the platform starting with the Helpdesk and Inventory app and eventually moving over to work with the vendor side of the community. Currently, Jason heads engineering efforts across all of Spiceworks and works closely with the product teams to continue to deliver valuable features and services to businesses and brands. In his spare time Jason like to spend time with his wife and three daughters traveling and hanging out.
